Platform Operations Specialist (Influencer Marketing / Data Operations)
We are looking for a dedicated Platform Operations Associate to join our Services team, where you will support our international clients in maximizing their experience on the CreatorIQ platform. This entry-level, client-focused role will involve executing daily operational tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating seamless influencer marketing workflows. You will work closely with senior team members to uphold high service quality and develop your expertise at the nexus of technology, data, and client operations.
Working Hours: 10am–7pm CET
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in daily platform operations by maintaining data integrity, updating records, and supporting routine data workflows.
Help in managing CRM structures, tagging taxonomies, and campaign setups under the supervision of senior specialists.
Support the importing, exporting, and formatting of influencer and campaign data for both internal and client requirements.
Conduct basic data audits, quality assurance checks, and validations to ensure data completeness and consistency.
Participate in internal and client meetings as needed, assisting in the preparation of materials, notes, and follow-up tasks.
