Your Impact
As the Platform Team Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of Planday's technical platform. You will spearhead the development of our platform and ecosystem, preparing for future growth and enhancements of the Planday product.
You will lead a skilled team of Platform Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to establish and maintain a robust infrastructure that guarantees high-performance experiences for our customers. Your contributions will align with the company’s engineering strategy and objectives.
Fostering a productive environment for your team is paramount. You will ensure they have access to necessary information and feedback loops to deliver valuable, usable, and achievable outcomes. You’ll also focus on monitoring the operational health of your team and products to promote resilience.
You will support your team’s professional development, helping them enhance their engineering skills and grow individually to meet the evolving demands of the team. Your leadership will drive engineering initiatives and propel the team towards their objectives.
