Our mission is to enhance the gaming experience for players worldwide, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve that.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to video game players by troubleshooting their account issues through ticketing systems, email correspondence, and live chat.
- Engage directly with our clients' customers, addressing any inquiries they may have regarding the game and ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
- Act as a liaison between players and developers by relaying critical information about player issues and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work from 9 AM - 6 PM CST with two days off per week.
- A genuine passion for video gaming and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills.
- Comfortable navigating digital technologies, including computers, gaming consoles, and touchscreens.
- A keen interest in the gaming industry and its trends.
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
