Your Challenge on the Team:
You will be responsible for evolving the experience of our partners in a structured and scalable manner, operating at the intersection of systems, processes, and journeys. Practically, this means translating strategies into real operations: mapping the partner journey end-to-end, implementing systems, and ensuring that communication, rules, and processes work in an integrated manner. More than just execution, your role will be to connect areas and unlock initiatives, acting as the 'glue' between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a seamless experience for partners. The major challenge will be to consolidate a unique channel structure, balancing different interests, managing complex scenarios, and ensuring that each initiative generates real impact in the partnership ecosystem.
