Role Objective
The PM Account Compliance Supervisor is tasked with ensuring quality control across general business operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and collaborating effectively with Independent Contractors (IC). The Night Supervisor should be capable of working independently while also fostering teamwork in various facility types, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail environments. The role requires sound judgment in addressing client concerns and involving appropriate parties to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and nurture productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and In-House labor by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving.
· Review the scope of work and ensure adherence to quality standards to retain existing business and attract new clients.
· Maintain daily communication with the Facility Services Manager about pressing issues, including nightly updates via email or phone.
· Recommend IC work assignments, manage performance to meet client standards and company guidelines, and make personnel changes if service level agreements are not met.
· Oversee inspections, manage customer complaints and requests, and ensure VIP clients receive appropriate attention.
· Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, including the correct use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
· Perform additional duties as required.
