Your Role
As the Podcast Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will serve as the strategic growth engine for our key content format at RH Unternehmerwissen. You will have significant autonomy in your area of responsibility to elevate our podcast to new heights. Your objective is clear: drive sustainable listener growth, massively expand our reach on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, and ensure we achieve maximum relevance among our target audience of entrepreneurs, converting listeners into genuine leads.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Performance: Independently manage and implement the podcast growth strategy while continuously optimizing performance metrics (downloads, chart rankings, listen-through rates).
Campaign Management (Audio & Video): Independently plan and execute promotional campaigns for our episodes across all channels – from paid ads (e.g., Meta, Spotify Ads) to organic social media snippets and newsletters, as well as cross-promotions.
Interface Function: Collaborate closely and on equal footing with the content team, sales team (utilizing the podcast as a lead magnet), and the management team.
Measurement & Optimization: Track specific podcast KPIs, create reports, and proactively derive actionable measures to increase reach.
Brand Development: Actively and creatively position our podcast as the go-to resource for entrepreneurs in the DACH region.
Your Qualifications
Solid experience in marketing (performance, content, or brand) – ideally with strong intersections in audio, video, or podcast marketing.
A deep understanding of how to distribute content to target audiences and how the algorithms of common platforms work.
A healthy mix of analytical thinking (number-savvy) and creative skills.
