Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Handling: Responsibly park and retrieve customer vehicles, ensuring each is treated with the highest level of care and attention.
Customer Interaction: Professionally greet customers, assisting them during vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with courtesy.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and vehicles, including assisting with washing and detailing as needed.
Team Support: Provide assistance to service advisors and technicians by moving vehicles between the service area and the lot as required.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols to safeguard vehicles, customers, and property.
Efficient Operations: Facilitate the seamless operation of daily dealership activities by managing vehicle flow and keeping accurate records of vehicle locations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience as a porter or valet in an automotive or luxury setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service.
Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the capability to safely drive various vehicles.
Physical Ability: Capacity to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods, including the physical demands associated with parking and retrieving vehicles.
Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor that aligns with the luxury standards of Bentley and Maserati brands.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to positively interact with customers and team members.
