We are seeking a Professional Services Specialist to enhance the functionality of our self-order kiosk software and guarantee seamless operations for prominent QSR brands throughout Italy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and content management of self-order kiosk software.
- Implement and evaluate A/B tests to boost software performance.
- Manage the quality assurance and successful adoption of new application releases.
- Coordinate pilot programs and launches of new software versions.
- Address and follow up on any outstanding software support issues.
- Conduct estate grooming, including updates to OS & middleware and utilizing monitoring tools for estate visibility.
- Engage in customer-facing grooming sessions and represent Acrelec during operational activities.
- Produce and maintain localized documentation for each release, alongside troubleshooting guides for levels 1 and 2 support teams.
- Train local teams or client staff on new software releases and troubleshooting protocols.
- Utilize monitoring tools to generate comprehensive reports on estate health.
