About The Team
The Customer Success team is made up of three key units: pre-sales, customer success, and support. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be an essential partner to our Account Executives, engaging with prospective clients throughout the new business sales cycles to showcase the value of our platform and facilitate revenue growth. Our consultants are adept problem solvers, engaging storytellers, and product specialists dedicated to assisting clients in making informed decisions swiftly.
Pre-Sales Consultants possess a blend of in-depth product knowledge, commercial insight, industry experience, and intuitive client engagement skills to conduct impactful evaluations. This role focuses primarily on the Corporate sector, collaborating with decision-makers to identify use cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, and guide prospects towards successful outcomes. Given its exposure to a wide range of clients, this position is uniquely positioned to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to influence go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
