About The Team
The Customer Success organization consists of three core teams: Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be a vital partner to our Account Executives, engaging closely with potential clients throughout the new business sales cycle to showcase the value of our platform and drive revenue growth. You will be a problem-solver, storyteller, and product expert who thrives on helping clients make informed and timely decisions.
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will leverage your extensive product knowledge, commercial insight, industry expertise, and client understanding to lead impactful evaluations. This role specializes in the Financial Services sector, where you will interact with decision-makers and users to uncover unique use cases, conduct tailored demonstrations, and guide prospects towards successful outcomes. Your close interaction with clients places you in an excellent position to collaborate with our Product Management and Content teams, influencing future product developments and playing a crucial role in product Betas and the customer feedback loop.
