Note: This is a full-time position based in São Paulo with a hybrid work model. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is highly advantageous for this leadership role.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, onboard, and mentor an exceptional team of SDRs/BDRs, empowering them with the skills and enthusiasm to exceed their objectives.
Optimizing Processes: Develop and enhance our outbound strategies, including cold calling scripts, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement tactics.
Managing Pipeline: Assume complete responsibility for the top-of-funnel activities, ensuring a steady stream of highly qualified leads for our Account Executives.
Data-Driven Leadership: Analyze KPIs and dashboards (HubSpot) to identify areas for improvement in the sales pipeline and implement swift, effective solutions.
Sales & Marketing Synergy: Collaborate closely with Marketing to assure lead quality and facilitate a smooth transition process.
