What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Engage with potential clients to identify their business challenges and design customized Data & AI solutions that showcase Satori’s strengths.
- Conduct impactful presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to highlight Satori’s value proposition.
- Develop and deliver technically sound and commercially viable proposals that align client needs with our expertise.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare compelling responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Stay informed on advancements in analytics, cloud technologies, and AI to keep our solutions at the forefront of innovation.
- Work alongside delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Lead the rollout of Satori’s new CRM platform to serve as the single source of truth for pipeline management.
- Document and optimize pre-sales and sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
- Provide leadership visibility through insightful reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Promote the adoption of CRM across the commercial team, ensuring consistent and value-driven usage tied to performance metrics.
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to ensure seamless information flow and accountability.
- Continuously seek and implement best practices in Sales Operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
