- As part of the PreMaster Program, you will support the HR leadership in strategic initiatives and assist the HR management in various HR projects and operational tasks.
- From day one, you will play an active role, gaining insights into HR tools, procedures, and processes.
- As a PreMaster, you will independently manage projects focused on recruitment, employee development, and retention.
- You will oversee and contribute to diverse projects related to current HR and digitalization topics, taking responsibility for their further development (e.g., employer branding, social media, process enhancements, etc.).
- Additionally, you will plan and organize various events within the HR sector with enthusiasm.
- You will also assist in optimizing HR tools and processes, focusing on transformation and digitalization.

- Finally, you will analyze and design management reports.
