Join the dedicated team of product experts at Datadog. Our Technical Solutions Team plays a crucial role in educating potential customers and ensuring the success of our existing clients, thereby fueling Datadog's global expansion. As a Premier Support Engineer (PSE), you will primarily assist with technical inquiries related to data advertisement. You will engage through standard support channels while participating in demos, presentations, and various project aspects. This role offers the chance to work directly with premier clients, leveraging their data in impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to customer requests via phone, chat, and tickets while continuously educating them on platform usage.
- Build relationships with clients to accurately understand their unique environments.
- Reproduce issues and provide detailed explanations regarding over 600 integrations supported by Datadog.
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles on various technologies.
- Facilitate product conversations based on the needs and issues learned from client interactions.
- Participate in regular health check meetings with premier clients.
- Work on-site at the Datadog office 3-5 days a week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-channel technical support within a SaaS company.
- Experience in programming with foundational knowledge of Linux.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning.
- Critical thinker with a client-centered approach.
- Decisive, knowing when to escalate decisions appropriately.
- Prior experience in a technical support role for Premium/Enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.
- Ability to participate in a rotation schedule that requires weekend availability.
