Your Impact
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Preschool), creating a calm and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. You will assist in preparing beautiful, intentional learning spaces and guide children through individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care.
Your role is essential in helping young learners build confidence in themselves and discover their potential.
What You’ll Do
- Observe and understand children's individual needs to provide appropriate support.
- Help create and maintain an organized, beautiful classroom environment.
- Facilitate individual and small-group learning activities.
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers and fellow team members to promote a strong community within the classroom.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children under 6 years old.
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- A genuine love for early childhood education and working with young learners.
- An interest in learning and growing within the Montessori educational approach (prior Montessori experience is a plus but not mandatory).
