Position Available: Full-Time Preschool Office Administrator!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, depending on the location
Our Office Administrator will benefit from hands-on training with an experienced Director at our award-winning Infant Center and/or Preschools. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to master the daily operations of an Action Day Program. Personalized coaching and comprehensive training will cover essential responsibilities, including building a strong team that embodies our core values, supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service to families, managing child enrollment, overseeing school operations, leading the administrative team, and executing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:
- Coaching and supporting staff
- Delivering outstanding customer service to parents and families
- Ensuring high-quality care for the children
- Assisting with new child enrollments
- Providing support to the Director as needed
- Leading with a positive, heart-centered approach
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
