Your Responsibilities:
- Direct the design, commissioning, and implementation of BMS systems, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory standards, and sustainability objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management, fostering strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
- Oversee complex projects from inception to completion: conducting feasibility studies, drafting specifications, managing tenders, analyzing costs and bids, and reporting on progress.
- Perform system surveys, assessments, and FAT/SAT testing, delivering comprehensive reports, recommendations, and training to clients for performance and efficiency enhancement.
- Drive business development initiatives, mentor and develop the BMS team, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to advancements in smart building technologies.
- Champion Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) best practices, addressing technical challenges while ensuring compliance and nurturing a culture of safety.
- Support the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, applying expertise in open communication standards and advanced BMS technologies such as Trend, Tridium, and Niagara.
- Occasionally travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices, balancing office-based work with flexible remote arrangements.
