About the Role
Are you an experienced CRM professional who excels at crafting intelligent, automated customer journeys on a large scale? Do you thrive in dynamic, data-centric settings and enjoy tackling intricate engagement challenges? Moniepoint is on the lookout for a Principal CRM Specialist to spearhead our Referral & Rewards CRM strategy. This senior-level, hands-on position involves driving high-impact lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to implement personalized, scalable, and measurable CRM programs utilizing Braze.
What You'll Get to Do
- Lead the CRM Strategy for Referral & Rewards programs, focusing on user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys.
- Develop multi-channel CRM flows using Braze, including email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messages.
- Design and execute personalized dynamic campaigns leveraging event triggers, custom attributes, and API/webhook integrations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure backend readiness, perform webhook testing, and automate campaigns.
- Utilize RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and other segmentation frameworks for effective user targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing and control group analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous enhancements.
- Define campaign KPIs and analyze performance metrics using Braze, Amplitude, and internal dashboards.
- Share insights, optimizations, and best practices within the CRM team and the broader marketing organization.
