The Role:
As a Principal Engineer, you will spearhead the creation of groundbreaking algorithms and strategies for sensor decision-making, encompassing areas from signal detection and classification to electronic support measures, cognitive electronic warfare, and beyond. Your leadership will guide project initiatives, proposal efforts, and interdisciplinary teams across multiple STR campuses. You will work closely with clients to comprehend their missions and develop tailored program plans that address their current and future requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with customers to assess their specific requirements and national security needs, shaping our solutions to align with their objectives.
- Lead projects and multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance and support.
- Design and implement advanced signal processing and machine learning techniques to tackle intricate radar and RF sensing challenges.
- Drive business development efforts and contribute to proposal writing, playing a pivotal role in defining the future trajectory of our projects and organization.
