About the Job
This pivotal role focuses on designing and delivering impactful leadership development initiatives for Twilio’s global leadership team, fostering skill enhancement and cultivating executive excellence. You'll serve as a strategic thought partner and lead for our flagship leadership programs.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve high-impact leadership development programs tailored to Twilio’s Leadership Expectations and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development strategies.
- Promote leadership mobility and growth through the integration of development with succession planning, performance management, and career pathways.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of learning science and leadership theory to craft solutions that resonate with a global audience.
- Oversee program success from start to finish, including needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.
