About the job
Become a Catalyst for Positive Change at Axon.
At Axon, our mission is to protect life. We are pioneers addressing the most pressing safety and justice challenges through our innovative devices and cloud software solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of our success; we value open communication and diverse perspectives from our customers, communities, and each other.
Working at Axon is dynamic, challenging, and purposeful. Here, you will take the lead and drive meaningful change while continuously growing in a mission-driven environment where your contributions truly matter.
Your Influence
As the Principal NPI Program Manager, you will be at the helm of the operational framework that transitions Axon's products from conceptualization to market readiness. From the instant a product team initiates a new SKU request to its launch in the pricing catalog, you will serve as the cross-functional conductor—collaborating closely with teams across Product, Finance/FP&A, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT.
Your role will involve designing, managing, and enhancing the NPI process, infusing it with discipline, transparency, and speed. You will tackle challenges that significantly affect the design and market success of Axon’s products while influencing senior leadership across various functions.

Location: Boston, MA (flexible for other Axon hubs)
