Execution & Scaling
Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle across various markets, from validating concepts to negotiating contracts, implementing strategies, and tracking performance.
Design and scale standardized processes, toolkits, and best practices to enhance partnership delivery across different markets.
Ensure consistent quality in partnership implementations across all markets and engagement points.
Establish success metrics and drive rapid iterations on partnerships based on performance outcomes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Assist the Senior Director in coordinating efforts between the CIO Office, Managing Directors, and key regional teams to ensure governance and alignment of all partnership initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Legal, and Finance departments to evaluate feasibility, technical integration, and return on investment.
Implement clear governance structures, milestones, and monitoring systems for all partnership projects.
Relationship Management
Foster and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Regional Managing Directors, Legal, and Finance.
Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions to identify new synergies and assess impact.
Ensure high partner satisfaction levels and continuously enhance the value propositions of partnerships.
Partnership Strategy & Design
Contribute to the formulation of the Pan-Pandora partnership strategy that aligns with global priorities, the CIOO innovation agenda, and the goals of the MD office.
Investigate and pinpoint new partnership opportunities within the telecom, fintech, and retail ecosystems.
Translate business objectives into actionable partnership frameworks, including value exchange, commercial models, and integration roadmaps.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Work in tandem with the Senior Director of Partnerships and Regional Managing Directors to adapt global partnership strategies to local contexts.
Assist markets in evaluating partnership compatibility, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Encourage cross-market learning and the replication of successful partnership models.
