This pivotal position within the Anaplan Platform & Ecosystem Success team offers an exceptional opportunity to amplify our business by advancing the growth and evolution of our Customer Success team. You will ensure our customers are fully leveraging the Anaplan platform and are supported with top-notch enablement resources.
Core Responsibilities
As the Principal Platform Adoption Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving customer success by maximizing platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, minimizing churn, and boosting customer satisfaction. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, assisting clients in realizing the full value of their investment while facilitating renewals and future growth prospects.
In this role, you will stay informed about platform enhancements, advocate new features to customers, and develop data-driven strategies to bridge adoption gaps. As a trusted advisor, you will share best practices, influence product development through customer feedback, and engage with various stakeholders to support our vision.
