The Opportunity:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be instrumental in realizing our product roadmap while influencing its ongoing development. You will collaborate across functions to deliver top-tier products, contribute to long-term strategic planning, and identify groundbreaking opportunities that distinguish us in the marketplace.
This role merges deep executional ownership with a strategic perspective—you will define product requirements, oversee product delivery, assess new opportunities, and engage in decision-making processes that drive innovation and growth. You will help us challenge conventional thinking and discover the next wave of disruptive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape & Execute the Roadmap: Own significant segments of the product roadmap encompassing hardware, software, and materials. Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and execute them in collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and Operations.
- Champion Disruptive Innovation: Identify and validate groundbreaking product opportunities—new technologies, business models, or workflows—that deliver substantial benefits to our customers and business.
- Market & Customer Insight: Lead customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover unmet needs and inform both tactical and strategic decisions.
