We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who can navigate ambiguity with agility and sound judgment. This individual should take initiative, foster deep collaboration across teams, and balance immediate progress with the long-term integrity of our platform. This role will be pivotal in shaping the evolution of Assured’s claims platform into a multi-LOB foundation that fuels our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision and strategic roadmap for broadening Assured’s claims platform across diverse P&C Lines of Business. You will operate with a high degree of ownership in ambiguous environments, clearly communicating assumptions and trade-offs while aligning early and often with stakeholders.
Forge strong partnerships with customers, claims leaders, sales, and implementation teams to grasp intricate workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational variances across lines of business. You’ll co-create solutions that integrate varied perspectives and empower stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to enhance reusable platform capabilities. You’ll strike a balance between speed and strategy, knowing when to accelerate for learning and when to decelerate to prevent long-term rework or fragmentation.
Leverage analytics, customer insights, and operational metrics to formulate hypotheses, assess impact, and guide prioritization, ensuring progress is made even amidst uncertainty.
