What We’re Seeking
We are on the lookout for a Principal Product Manager to lead one of our most critical product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thinks systemically, operates at the crossroads of product development and platform strategy, and is adept at transforming a long-term vision into actionable quarterly plans that deliver results.
In this senior individual contributor position, you will have a player-coach role, defining strategy, influencing cross-functional teams, and nurturing the product managers around you. This position is not for those looking to only delegate; it’s for someone who is passionate about the craft.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for a key initiative with direct revenue implications.
- Outline the long-term vision while remaining engaged in execution to ensure alignment.
- Influence and align various teams, including engineering, design, data, and adjacent product groups.
- Mentor and elevate fellow product managers through exemplary conduct rather than mere feedback.
- Apply commercial insight to every roadmap decision, linking features to tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to determine the necessary capabilities and their prioritization.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven history of handling complex, cross-functional projects.
- In-depth experience in areas such as workflow automation, orchestration, engagement, or growth product loops.
- Strong instincts for both long-term strategic and short-term tactical planning.
- A commercial mindset, naturally considering revenue impact, retention, and activation alongside user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across large, matrixed organizations.
