Most existing solutions focus on outreach execution rather than intelligent sourcing, prioritization, and trust.
This innovative team is developing a comprehensive, signal-driven prospecting system that aligns with the realities of contemporary B2B buying: account-focused, aware of buying groups, and trust-oriented. Our objective is to blend human intuition with automation to enable sales teams to produce a reliable, high-quality pipeline—safeguarding both their brand and their representatives.
About the Role
We seek a Principal Software Engineer who will serve as a technical linchpin for the Prospecting Agent team. This role is ideal for a proactive builder who excels in dynamic, product-defining environments.
As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping the integration of data, AI, and workflows to drive intelligent prospecting at scale. Your role will transcend mere execution; you will contribute to defining the roadmap, transforming ambiguous questions like “who should I contact next and with what message?” into reliable, explainable, production-ready systems utilized by millions of sales professionals.
Key Expectations
- Architect Signal-Driven Prospecting Systems: Develop methodologies for combining intent signals, firmographics, behavioral data, and CRM context into actionable recommendations.
- Hands-On, High-Leverage Builder: Write production-quality code, lead intricate projects from inception to completion, and scale systems from prototypes to robust solutions.
- AI + Systems Thinking: Guide the integration of ML and GenAI models into deterministic workflows, ensuring a balance between automation, transparency, and user trust.
- Product-Shaping Technical Leadership: Influence product vision and direction, collaborating closely with Product teams to define interfaces, workflows, and necessary trade-offs.
- Platform and Extensibility Mindset: Design systems that are adaptable across accounts, buying groups, and geographical regions while ensuring they remain extensible and evolvable.
- Cross-Team Influence: Collaborate across CRM, data, AI, and GTM teams to harmonize patterns and prevent localized optimizations.
