Role Overview:
As a Principal Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will act as a technical authority and a trusted advisor to our sales team, clients, partners, and the broader community. Your role will involve understanding and addressing our customers' business challenges using the Elastic Stack, engaging the local Elastic community through various events and programs, and empowering our sales efforts through partnerships. A successful Solutions Architect at Elastic will exhibit a passion for excellence, constantly seeking self-improvement and challenging the status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for your accounts and account managers within your designated enterprise territory.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer goals and articulate how our solutions meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, value-based relationships at all levels within client organizations.
- Participate actively in all stages of planning and execution, from initial discovery to achieving technical wins.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Elastic's products and solutions to showcase value during sales meetings and events.
- Advise the sales team on effective strategies for positioning Elastic's offerings.
- Onboard, train, and empower our partners while supporting them throughout sales cycles.
- Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, communicating needs, gaps, and potential improvements to our engineering and leadership teams.
- Enhance both technical and sales skills through self-directed learning and take advantage of professional development opportunities provided by Elastic.
