Position Summary:
As the Principal, Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and overseeing strategic relationships for League, directly reporting to the SVP of Customer & Partner Ecosystem. You will manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, focusing on System Integrator & Enterprise Technology, as well as Product/ISV segments. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, execution, negotiation, contract management, and nurturing relationships to achieve targeted business objectives, with a primary focus on driving sourced and influenced closed-won revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in cultivating and managing partnerships with Systems Integrators, Cloud providers, or ISVs and AI natives, demonstrating success in navigating complex partner ecosystems and capitalizing on revenue-generating opportunities. Experience in the healthcare or digital health sector is essential.
In this role, you will:
- Define and align partnership strategy: Establish success metrics/KPIs, create actionable plans to meet objectives, and coordinate support from cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities that align with League’s platform go-to-market segments, particularly focusing on payors, in collaboration with internal and external commercial teams.
- Continuously educate and empower partners regarding League’s unique positioning and value proposition, while also training internal teams on new partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling ‘better together’ messaging for partnerships.
