In this role, you will
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational competencies and ensuring our sustained success. This position is accountable for the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of three essential HR functions: Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), and Performance Review. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities, profound business acumen, and a data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with a solid understanding of best-practice HR methodologies.
