Summary
As a Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM) at First Horizon Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development with high-net-worth clients. Your expertise will guide clients in building, preserving, and managing their wealth through tailored risk management solutions and business transition strategies. You will leverage our comprehensive financial planning strategies to assist clients in meeting their financial goals while being supported by a dedicated team and valuable resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing ones.
- Actively engage in the community to self-generate new business opportunities.
- Serve as a market-leading advisor for sensitive and complex wealth relationships.
- Develop relationships with external referral sources, collaborating with specialists in credit, mortgage, investment, trust, and insurance services to enhance client retention and referrals.
- Utilize advanced credit knowledge to facilitate discussions and advice delivery to clients and prospects.
- Work in partnership with wealth and banking specialists to address clients’ financial needs through a collaborative approach.
- Act as a role model for fellow Private Client Relationship Managers, demonstrating exemplary team collaboration.
- Champion the culture and values of First Horizon Bank.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
