About the job
Join Hadrian - Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
At Hadrian, we are revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape by building autonomous factories that empower aerospace and defense companies to produce rockets, satellites, jets, and ships at unprecedented speeds and reduced costs. By integrating cutting-edge software, advanced robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing solutions, we are redefining how critical components are made in America.
With the recent $260 million Series C funding, we are poised to accelerate our mission. Our new 270,000-square-foot factory in Mesa, Arizona, will create 350 immediate jobs, and we are expanding our headquarters to accommodate thousands more in the future. Additionally, we are launching Hadrian Maritime to cater to the naval production sector and implementing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems rather than isolated components.
Collaborating with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and leading defense contractors, Hadrian aims to enhance production capabilities, minimize costs, and speed up delivery on critical defense programs. Backed by renowned investors like Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our dynamic team shares a common goal of reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond!
The factories-as-a-service team plays a pivotal role in analyzing production and supply chain challenges faced by our clients, creating data-driven presentations, designing future factory concepts, and fostering long-term partnerships with the Department of Defense, prime contractors, and other manufacturers.
This team is essential for scoping, designing, analyzing costs and schedules, and developing proposals for significant manufacturing transformations across various sectors.
