Join Bosch as a Process & Industrialization Engineer, where your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing production efficiency, supporting sustainable manufacturing practices, and facilitating the successful launch of innovative products and technologies.
Your impactful contributions will include:
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, emphasizing quality, sustainability, safety, and operational efficiency, while preparing comprehensive handbooks and conducting process validations;
- Conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses, drafting technical specifications, and generating capacity studies to facilitate informed investment decisions;
- Offering technical guidance to production teams and compiling documentation to uphold standardized production methodologies;
- Overseeing the technical approval of production equipment, ensuring that corrective measures are both executed and validated;
- Conducting feasibility studies for new products and evaluating their implications for investment requirements;
- Participating in guideline workshops, including DFMA (Design for Manufacturing), to enhance product design for optimal production efficiency;
- Contributing to D-FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) by assessing design-related risks and their impact on customer expectations;
- Conducting P-FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) through process mapping, identifying potential failure modes and their implications for product quality and customer satisfaction;
- Assisting in the selection of suppliers by assessing technical proposals in line with project criteria (lead time, quality, investment, and risk);
- Coordinating the setup of equipment and investments within the factory, conducting final validation tests, and securing necessary approvals to comply with Bosch standards;
- Monitoring production performance post-SOP (Start of Production) to ensure OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets are met, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions;
- Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies related to Industry 4.0, incorporating digital solutions into production equipment and KPI monitoring frameworks.
