Position Overview:
The Product Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our Product team to discover, design, build, and deploy customized AI assistant solutions for our healthcare clients. This position is particularly suited for recent graduates with a strong technical skillset, a keen interest in generative AI applications in healthcare, and a desire to understand the product development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Product Leads, the Analyst will be tasked with developing and implementing tailored AI solutions that meet specific client needs while supporting product strategy initiatives and coordinating cross-functional efforts. A combination of technical proficiency, client engagement skills, and teamwork will be essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Customized AI Assistant Development: Take ownership of the entire process to develop, assess, and test AI assistant products for our hospital system clients. Key activities will include:
- Directly engaging with health system personnel to identify high-value use cases
- Conducting product discovery with end users, including mapping workflows, identifying data and document needs, defining product features, and establishing evaluation metrics
- Collaborating with stakeholders on product features, user groups, and rollout strategies
- Utilizing the QH Assistant Builder platform to develop and evaluate AI assistants, while coordinating with the engineering team for technical support
- Leading user training and testing sessions; collecting and acting on feedback
- Coordinating communications and customer support for the rollout of assistants
