About the Role
We are seeking a Product Analyst to become an integral part of our team, acting as a key connection between our data, product offerings, and business strategy.
This position is ideal for someone who desires more than just ticket resolution. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Growth leaders to not only deliver data insights but also influence the product roadmap, shaping how we develop, launch, and monetize our offerings. We are looking for an analyst with a ‘business partner’ mentality—someone who can identify commercial opportunities or user friction points within data sets before others do.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with PMs and leadership to establish success metrics for new features and long-term growth initiatives.
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Create and assess KPIs throughout the user journey, from initial activation to sophisticated monetization and retention loops.
- Proactive Discovery: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify hidden bottlenecks. You won’t merely report on outcomes; you’ll provide actionable recommendations for future steps.
- Narrative Building: Convert complex technical data into clear, actionable narratives that drive company-wide initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the analytical connector, supporting various product domains and ensuring a consistent, data-driven decision-making process across the board.
What We’re Looking For
- SaaS Experience: A minimum of 2 years of analytical experience within a SaaS environment, with a strong grasp of subscription business fundamentals (ARR, Churn, PLG, etc.).
- Technical Versatility: High proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.). You should be adept at quickly learning new tools and handling various datasets.
- Commercial Intuition: A natural talent for linking user behavior to business outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
