About the Role
Join our dynamic TCCD team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Product and Customer Data Administrator to facilitate the seamless functionality of our commercial and field teams through precise, prompt, and disciplined data administration. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of customer, product, pricing, and promotional data across our internal systems and key customer platforms.
This is a casual role requiring 18 hours per week, spread over 3 or 4 days. It is designed as a focused, execution-driven position that empowers Account Managers and Field Operations to excel by eliminating friction, minimizing errors, and upholding high data quality standards. After completing onboarding and training, you will operate with significant autonomy and minimal supervision.
What You'll Be Working On
- Ensuring master data accuracy and maintenance across internal trade spend systems and customer platforms.
- Providing administrative support that enables Account Managers and Field Operations to fulfill their responsibilities.
- Upholding data integrity and compliance through disciplined processes and meticulous attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities (Must Have Skills)
- Exceptional attention to detail, focused on data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Proficiency in modern commercial tools (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Tableau), especially strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Proven capability to work autonomously, taking ownership of defined responsibilities with minimal oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
