Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations from initial design through launch and scaling, offering actionable guidance for implementation.Influence our product development in a regulated environment. Transform U.S. payments and consumer protection regulations into practical product guidelines, customer-facing terms/disclosures, and reliable internal protocols.Drive our contracting process as we scale. Partner with our commercial attorney to negotiate and draft customer agreements and related terms, ensuring rapid cycle times and consistent standards as Sales grows.Create effective resources. Develop playbooks, checklists, and templates to streamline decision-making for teams.Contribute as a versatile team member. In our small team, adaptability is key—when a significant task arises, you'll take the lead to ensure its success.What You'll Bring:4–6 years of legal experience, ideally with a combination of law firm and in-house roles at a tech or fintech company....
