The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to become our second design hire. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our founding designer and the wider product and engineering teams to craft the visual and functional aspects of Outtake. You will work on everything from intricate workflow builders to the fine details that make powerful tools intuitive.
You will face significant design challenges as we develop technically sophisticated AI systems that handle complex, high-stakes tasks. This role offers substantial ownership and the opportunity for personal growth as we expand.
Ideal candidates are full-stack product designers with a strong visual design background, experienced in interaction patterns that extend beyond typical B2B SaaS (like graphs, workflow builders, and data-rich interfaces). You should be fundamentally product-minded and eager to enhance your product strategy skills.
