Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional, user-centric solutions while honing your design skills, judgment, and product knowledge.
This role is perfect for a proactive individual who takes ownership of the entire design process, has a strong desire to learn, and is enthusiastic about enhancing their impact within a collaborative team environment.

In your first 3 months, you will:
- Actively contribute as a core designer in 1-2 product groups.
- Forge strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
- Quickly prototype designs for validation and iterate based on feedback from peers and users.
- Conduct user research under guidance, translating insights into informed design choices.
- Engage in critiques effectively, articulating design rationale and trade-offs.
In your first 6 months, you will:
- Take ownership of design execution for projects from concept to delivery.
- Showcase your work in structured reviews with design leadership.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of SmartRecruiters and pinpoint opportunities for innovation.
- Contribute to the design system and advance other design initiatives across the organization by actively sharing best practices, ongoing work, and lessons learned.
