Job Title: Product Development Manager
Location: North West London, NW2 7HF
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

We are currently seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to drive our product innovation and development initiatives. This pivotal role involves researching and coordinating with internal and external teams to successfully deliver new products and enhancements to existing offerings. You will play a key role in streamlining our product development processes, collaborating with departments such as Quality Control, Marketing, and Design to ensure successful product launches.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, production, and timely delivery of new products, ensuring effective communication across all relevant departments.
- Conduct research and assist in the specification of new products and upgrades based on evolving market trends and consumer needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with technical and supply teams to ensure product launch deadlines are met.
- Research market opportunities and perform competitor analysis to inform product development.
- Collaborate with our licensing partners for product extensions and updates.
- Work with design teams on sustainability and environmental packaging projects.
- Create product documentation, including technical data sheets and scientific dossiers.
- Support specific product requirements for new e-commerce markets.
- Coordinate with National Accounts, Marketing, and Export departments regarding product launch and availability.
