Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Product/Growth Marketer to join an early-stage B2B SaaS company dedicated to developing innovative software solutions that empower businesses through automation and enhanced workflows. This role is crucial in establishing clear product positioning, optimizing user onboarding experiences, and driving user activation for our client's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and product positioning for each SaaS offering.
- Design and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention funnels to enhance user experience.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify and mitigate early drop-off points in the customer journey.
- Create and implement cohesive messaging across the website, product, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to spearhead product-led growth initiatives.
- Design and conduct growth experiments to validate hypotheses and assess performance improvements.
- Support both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to user activation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
