Join Red Oak as a Product Line Manager, where you will spearhead the advancement of AI functionalities and third-party integrations across our comprehensive Compliance Connectivity Platform, encompassing Compliance, Distribution, and Supervision products.
This role transcends the management of a single product; you will champion AI-driven solutions across our interconnected platform, establishing vital links to the expansive financial services technology ecosystem, including CRM, CMS, DAM, and Data Lake systems. Engage with the latest AI innovations, modern API/integration architectures, and navigate the intricacies of the highly regulated, relationship-focused wealth management industry. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Strategy, and Go-To-Market teams, while maintaining direct relationships with clients such as compliance officers, marketers, advisors, and operations leaders who will leverage the solutions you help create.
Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Take full ownership of the AI product roadmap from inception to delivery across Compliance, Distribution, and Supervision products.
- Assess and prioritize AI initiatives based on client impact, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business value.
- Design workflows that incorporate human oversight while utilizing AI to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with FINRA and SEC standards.
Integration Strategy & Delivery
- Determine and prioritize integrations with third-party platforms such as CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Adobe), DAM (Seismic), and Data Lake systems.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and maintain a robust API strategy that emphasizes consistency, comprehensive documentation, and an excellent developer experience.
- Explore and apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to facilitate adaptable workflows and platform extensibility.
Success Metrics
- Establish, monitor, and communicate success metrics for AI functionalities, including accuracy, user adoption, time-to-insight, exception rates, and model drift.
- Define integration health metrics to measure adoption rates, synchronization reliability, time-to-value, and growth within the partner ecosystem.
Discovery & Client Engagement
- Engage in continuous discovery sessions with wealth managers, compliance officers, advisors, and technology purchasers to identify workflows, challenges, and AI/integration readiness.
- Translate client insights into actionable product directives, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and opportunity assessments.
