About the job
At Emergent Labs Inc., we are pioneering the future of software development with our autonomous coding agents that can generate, test, and deploy production applications directly from user intent expressed in plain language. Our innovative systems operate at a global scale, enabling millions of applications to be built efficiently and effectively.
Since our public launch, we have achieved an impressive $100M ARR in just 8 months, with over 6 million users across more than 190 countries, who have created over 6.5 million applications using our platform. Backed by renowned investors such as Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator, we have raised over $100M in funding.
Our mission is to address the critical challenges in AI-driven software creation: ensuring correctness, reliability, security, and scalability in real-world environments. Our team comprises repeat entrepreneurs, Olympiad medalists, and alumni from IIT and IIM, as well as leaders from top companies like Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.
We are looking for passionate builders who seek ownership, speed, and a significant impact at a global scale.
The Role: As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in empowering the next billion creators to realize their ideas without external assistance and to successfully operate their businesses on our platform. You will be responsible for developing a roadmap that transforms user behavior into sustainable growth, enhancing conversion, retention, and monetization strategies to convert free users into paying customers, casual users into power users, and address churn risks effectively.
What You Will Do:
- Drive conversion and monetization initiatives: orchestrate experiments involving pricing, packaging, paywalls, upgrade flows, and in-product monetization strategies.
- Enhance retention and engagement: pinpoint drop-off points, design targeted interventions, and implement features that encourage user return.
- Develop customer insights to improve product offerings and user experience.
