Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate Product Manager for our Core Platform, who will take charge of the essential elements that make FLORA exceptional. This includes enhancing the visual programming experience, optimizing our block system, and improving canvas performance, all of which are critical for creative teams that use our platform daily.
At FLORA, we offer a visual programming system designed for generative creation. While our marketplace for techniques facilitates distribution and our AI agent (Fauna) drives user engagement, the core platform truly makes the workflows powerful and enjoyable. You will lead the development of block architecture, noodle inputs, bulk operations, canvas performance, and advanced controls that enable users to complete professional projects seamlessly within FLORA.
Your responsibilities will include shaping the roadmap for features that enhance precision—improving canvas rendering speeds, refining block interactions, and developing intelligent workflow logic. You will also be instrumental in integrating generative models across various modalities, ensuring users have access to the best tools for their creative needs. Your ultimate goal is to deepen user engagement by increasing the number of individuals who create intricate, multi-step workflows and return frequently.
This role is perfect for those who are meticulous about their craft. You will focus on the nuances that differentiate an excellent tool from a remarkable one, all while maintaining the rapid pace of a Series A startup. You will collaborate closely with our Craft engineering team, designers, and the broader product team to solidify our foundation as we grow.
