ABOUT NEXXA
Nexxa.ai is at the forefront of developing artificial superintelligence tailored for heavy industries. We empower machines, systems, and operations to autonomously think, decide, and execute across manufacturing, large-scale infrastructure, logistics, and legacy systems. Our goal is to transform groundbreaking technological advancements into real-world applications, addressing some of the most complex systems-level challenges faced by the industry.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager with enterprise software experience to spearhead the NitroOS platform. This role involves navigating the intersection of AI, heavy industries, and business operations to define our product evolution and scalability in alignment with our overarching vision. This is not a mere feature factory position; you will be making crucial architectural decisions that influence how Fortune 100 companies integrate AI into their operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the platform product roadmap—prioritize features, define milestones, and manage the journey from PRD to GA release.
Craft comprehensive PRDs with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and technical constraints, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
Transform deployment insights from customers into platform functionalities—recognizing patterns among clients and distilling them into reusable features.
Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption rates, engagement, time-to-value, and feature utilization across various modules (AI assistant, customer UI, intelligence graph, agent workflows).
Facilitate feature prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog management with core engineering, ensuring consistent alignment with deliverable milestones.
Collaborate with engineering stakeholders on platform architecture decisions—balancing trade-offs between customer-specific customizations and platform scalability.
Conduct competitive analyses of industrial AI platforms to inform product positioning.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
2–4 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on enterprise platform products.
Demonstrated experience in developing developer platforms, data platforms, or enterprise workflow tools, with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
