The Product Management team collaborates with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to create a strategic product vision grounded in data and market insights. As a vital part of Epic’s Growth Team, we leverage our product expertise to identify and drive growth opportunities that expand our player base and business.
Your Role
We are in search of a Product Manager to guide our efforts for Fortnite Battle Royale & Reload. In this position, you will blend creative and analytical thinking to pinpoint opportunities, define product strategy, support roadmap development, execute live operations, and contribute to long-term strategic planning. Your goal is to enhance the player experience through rigorous analytics and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the impact of new growth initiatives, facilitating go-to-market strategies for launches and significant content updates for Fortnite Battle Royale & Reload.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to prioritize, plan, and implement the product roadmap.
- Enhance product offerings by providing insights based on market analysis and user research.
- Participate in product reviews and support long-term business planning and forecasting; assist in reporting processes shared with senior leadership.
- Manage collaborations with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, legal, finance, and production.
- Define measurable features and initiative goals, creating detailed business and product requirements to guide design and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
- A strong passion for gaming, particularly in the Shooter & Battle Royale genres.
