Your Impact:
As a key member of the International Product Marketing team within Airbnb's Worldwide Product Marketing division, you will bring your entrepreneurial spirit and product expertise to the LATAM region. This role is crucial for building a new functional area outside the US and will play a significant role in the organization's evolution. We require a collaborative and adaptable individual who can forge strong partnerships across global teams. You will report to the Product Marketing Director for International Markets and lead the product marketing strategy for LATAM, translating user insights into innovative product features and marketing strategies. A deep understanding of the travel industry at both market and regional levels, combined with a proven track record of product innovation, is essential. You will work closely with global and country teams to foster partnerships that drive business growth, spearheading features in major releases and experimental pilots tailored for your target region.
