Your Role
As the Product Manager for Marketplaces & Franchises, you will take the lead in one of our most crucial distribution channels. Our Connect domain is poised to significantly contribute to Mollie’s growth over the next five years, with the Marketplaces and Franchises sector ready for a transformative evolution in our partner business model.
This role entails high ownership and strategic oversight. You will not simply execute a predetermined plan; you will become Mollie's expert on identifying, validating, and prioritizing opportunities that could revolutionize payment processes for marketplaces. You will engage with senior stakeholders and develop compelling business cases for products that directly influence our net revenue.
Your Deliverables
Establish Vision & Strategy: Shape the long-term product vision for Marketplaces and Franchises, positioning Mollie as a leader in this rapidly growing industry.
Drive Commercial Success: Collaborate with your peers to craft commercial strategies that ensure our product remains competitive and contributes positively to Mollie's financial performance.
Manage the Roadmap: Identify and validate new product opportunities, prioritizing initiatives that will deliver maximum value for our partners and merchants.
Lead Product Delivery: Work closely with an Engineering Manager and a dedicated engineering team to ensure successful product implementation.
