We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of GM and define its future trajectory. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with execution, allowing you to influence the product's direction by translating user needs into effective features that enhance adoption, drive revenue, and increase platform value.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle for GM, from strategic planning and roadmap development to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Develop and refine a clear product vision that builds on GM’s achievements while unlocking new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to define, prioritize, and implement high-impact features that enhance financial workflows and user experiences.
Facilitate alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to incorporate field feedback into product priorities and ensure successful launches.
Lead strategic initiatives such as improved contract management, decision-support tools, and AI-driven financial insights.
Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance integrations between GM and the broader Teamworks platform.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing the complete product lifecycle for B2B SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into clear priorities and successful product outcomes.
Experience with products that involve financial workflows, such as budgeting, contracts, payments, or compensation.
Strong strategic thinking paired with tactical execution skills, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs.
