Job Summary:
As a Product Manager II at Bear Robotics, you will be instrumental in defining and launching innovative solutions that elevate customer experiences and foster scalable growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver new products and accessories, enhance our platform capabilities, and ensure seamless product deployment. A strong user-centered approach, technical proficiency, and the capacity to convert customer insights into practical product strategies will be essential in this role. Acting as a liaison between field teams and engineering, you’ll transform feedback from customers and technical account managers into impactful product features.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
Define and prioritize product strategies for U.S. product launches, accessory development, and platform expansion. Maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer feedback. - Customer Advocacy & Research:
Engage with users, Sales, and field teams to identify pain points and opportunities. Advocate for the customer’s voice in product planning to ensure solutions address actual needs. - Sales & Deployment Support:
Partner with Sales and technical account managers to comprehend deployment challenges and customer requirements. Bridge process and communication gaps between Sales and Product, aiding in onboarding readiness from a product perspective. - Cross-functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to realize products effectively. Facilitate clear transitions, ensure execution speed, and assist teams in overcoming obstacles. - Go-to-Market Execution:
Lead product launches in conjunction with Marketing and Sales. Align teams on positioning, messaging, training, and deployment schedules. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align product direction and gain support. Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and decisions. - Platform Scaling:
Identify opportunities to extend platform capabilities for future growth. Design products and processes that support global scalability and long-term expansion. - Performance Monitoring & Iteration:
Establish product KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on insights.
